About Press Fit Co.

Built from the problem up.

Press Fit Co. started with a simple idea: when the part you need doesn't exist, make it.

We design and develop practical, purpose-built parts for trucks, off-road vehicles, fabrication projects, and the people who work on them. Our products often begin with a real problem—a poorly placed control, an interior component that could work better, a discontinued or hard-to-find part, or simply something we think should exist.

Our approach combines hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding with CAD design, 3D scanning, prototyping, and additive manufacturing. That practical background influences how we approach a part—not just how it looks on a computer, but how it fits, installs, functions, and can realistically be manufactured.

When a project requires processes or equipment beyond what we handle directly, we work with specialized manufacturing partners to turn the design into a finished component. This allows Press Fit Co. to develop solutions using the manufacturing process that makes sense for the part rather than being limited to one method.

DESIGN → PROTOTYPE → TEST → BUILD

Some ideas become finished products. Others go through multiple prototypes, revisions, and real-world testing before they're ready. That's part of the process. The goal isn't simply to make another part—it's to make something that solves a problem and deserves to exist.

We're also interested in helping with select custom part development and reverse-engineering projects. If you have an existing part that's difficult to replace, something that needs to fit a specific application, or an idea for a component that doesn't currently exist, we may be able to help develop it using 3D scanning, CAD, prototyping, and 3D printing.

Not every project is a fit, and that's intentional. We'd rather take on projects we can do well than promise something we can't.

We make the parts that should exist.
